PAYMENT
I accept PayPal. If you do not use this method, please contact me before purchasing. Payment is due within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
SHIPPING
Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, the order will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority with confirmation. Once payment is received the order will be shipped within 2-3 business days for items that are already made; for custom orders, it will be shipped within 1-2 weeks unless arrangements have been made prior to payment.
Insurance is optional.
If you live in the Omaha area, pick up may be available without having your item shipped to you. Please send a message prior to checkout!
REFUND AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely 100% satisfied with your item, please contact me and I will do my best to work something out. Each situation will vary, so the solution will as well.
